Terms of Use

§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the web application "TurboTrack" (hereinafter "the app"). By registering for and using the app, you agree to these terms.

§ 2 Description of the service

TurboTrack is a free web application for personally managing and documenting peptide protocols, injections, fitness data (weight and nutrition) and blood values (lab results). Users can also mark peptides as favorites and create and manage personal protocols.

§ 3 Registration & account

• Use is permitted only from the age of 16. By registering, or before first use, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
• Registration is required to use the app. It can be done with email and password or via Google OAuth (single sign-on).
• Registering by email requires a username, a valid email address and a password (at least 6 characters).
• When registering via Google OAuth, the name and email address are taken from the Google profile.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• Each user may create only one account.
• The operator reserves the right to block or delete accounts in case of misuse.

§ 4 Obligations of use

Users undertake:

• to use the app only for its intended purpose
• not to provide false identity details when registering
• not to use the app for unlawful purposes
• not to use automated access or bots
• not to attempt to circumvent the app's security measures

§ 5 Password & account security

• Passwords are managed in encrypted form via Supabase Auth and cannot be viewed in plain text.
• The password can be changed on the profile page. For security reasons, password changes are limited to a maximum of 2 per calendar month.
• If the password is lost, a reset link can be requested by email via the "Forgot password" feature.
• The operator has no access to user passwords and cannot recover them.

§ 6 Favorites & personal settings

Users can mark peptides as favorites and add or remove them at any time on the profile page. Favorite peptides are shown first in selection lists. Managing favorites is part of the regular functionality and can be adjusted at any time.

§ 7 Liability

1. The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
2. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the damage that is typical for the contract and foreseeable. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment makes the proper use of the app possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely.
3. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
4. These provisions also apply in favour of persons whom the operator engages to fulfil its obligations.
5. The operator strives to keep the app available with as few interruptions as possible but cannot guarantee this. Maintenance work and technical disruptions are possible.
6. All calculations and curves in the app (e.g. the reconstitution calculator, the active-level curve) are mathematical estimates for personal documentation. They do not replace medical advice and are not a basis for dosing or treatment decisions. Check every result yourself before you use it.

§ 8 Intellectual property

All content, designs and features of the app are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or any other use requires the express written permission of the operator.

§ 9 Data protection

The protection of your personal data matters to us. Details on how your data are collected, processed and used can be found in our privacy policy. The use of third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Google) is described there in detail.

§ 10 Termination & deletion

Users can delete their account themselves at any time in the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account) or request deletion by email at info@turboverse.dev. When the account is deleted, all associated data (including injections, weights, lab results, nutrition data, protocols, favorites and password change logs) are irreversibly removed.

§ 11 Changes to the terms

The operator may change these terms where there is a valid reason, such as new features or a change in the law. You will be informed of changes in the app. Changed terms only apply to you once you accept them in the app. Until then you cannot continue to use the app; the legal texts, your profile and the deletion of your account remain available at all times.

§ 12 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer whose habitual residence is in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected (severability clause).

These terms are available in German and English. In case of discrepancies between the two versions, the German version prevails.
